For on-site parties, please read the information on this page. You can book your party at NERV by filling out the registration form. How to reserve your party at NERV
For a truly memorable interactive entertainment-themed event, choose NERV as your party host. We can host your party on any day of the week and on almost any day of the year. Reservations are available on a first come, first serve basis. In order to reserve your party please use theregistration form below. There are 3 customizable birthday party packages to choose from. Each package includes game time and concession time. Game time is available in 1-hour blocks and every party includes an additional 30 minutes of concession time to eat food and celebrate.
On the day of your party please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and process any final payment adjustments. If you are running late be sure to call and let us know!
Party Food & Drink
Enjoy food at our Cafe - anything from personal pizzas, barbeque rib sandwiches, corn dogs and much, much more. Outside food and drinks are prohibited (birthday cake must be provided by the party guests).
Payment
When booking your party the payment must be processed in full before the party can be reserved. If you arrive with a different number of guests than originally anticipated, the price of the party will be adjusted to match the difference. We accept cash and all major credit cards. There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS once the party has been paid for. We require a minimum notice of 24 hours for any changes to your reservation. If a request is made less than 24 hours before the party, we may not be able to make the necessary accomodations.
